Shadomoon Aussies

When planning a litter at Shadomoon, we not only emphasize the breed standard but also prioritize health, temperament, and the understanding that the majority of these sweet puppies will become beloved family pets. While our goal is always to preserve the Australian Shepherd and Golden Retriever breeds, we place temperament at the forefront of our program. We want to ensure your new family member is healthy and well-prepared for a smooth transition into your home.

All our puppies come with an extensive health guarantee, AKC registration, first vaccinations, regular puppy deworming protocols to ensure them free of parasites, and examined by a licensed Veterinarian prior to leaving. For our Aussies, also have their eyes cleared by a canine Ophthalmologist at 7 weeks old. We prioritize matching puppies to families based on behavior and energy level rather than color. However, we understand everyone has preferences and do our best to accommodate them in order to find the best possible match.
Sometimes the most unexpected matches turn out to be the perfect fit!
At Shadomoon, we do not breed frequently. We put a great deal of thought and care into each litter. It is this commitment to our puppies and their future families that drives us to conduct temperament evaluations around 7 weeks of age, helping us match each puppy to the right home. We also provide photo updates throughout their time with us.
All our puppies are ready to go to their new homes at 8 weeks of age. Having been raised in our home, we strive to prepare them for a smooth adjustment into yours. Please feel free to reach out with any questions about us, our dogs, or upcoming litters. Even if a Shadomoon puppy isn’t the right fit, we're always happy to point you in the direction of another reputable breeder. We love our breeds and want to support anyone looking to welcome one of these amazing dogs into their lives.
Never hesitate to contact us!

We do not ship our dogs due to new USDA/APHIS regulations.
